Delivery of your grails Suit
Delivery for New Customers
We believe that every customer is individual and different. Our mission is to make you feel great by giving you confidence in what you wear. To meet this mission we visit every customer to ensure that they acheive their perfect made to measure suit. The process for delivery for new customers is:
1. A deposit of 50% of the total price is reqired when you place your order.
2. A grails Customer Services Representative will call you to arrange your personal consultation, at a time and place convenient to you. This consultation takes approximately one hour.
3. After your consultation your order will be confirmed in writing within 3 days.
4. All grails suits are hand delivered between 4 and 6 weeks after ordering. This appointment will take approximately 30 minutes.
5. The balance of your account is to be paid on receipt of your suit.
Delivery for Reordering Customers
Once you have had a grails consultation reorders of your bespoke suit are quick and simple. The delivery process for reorders is as follows:
1. A deposit of 50% of the total price is reqired when you place your order.
2. Your order will be confirmed in writing within 3 days of placing your order.
3. You can choose whether to have your suit delivered by courier or by hand. Reorders are complete within 21 days of ordering.
4. The balance of your account is to be paid on receipt of your suit.
All grails suits come with a breathable grails suit carrier and wooden suit hanger, spare buttons bag, and a summary of your garment and care instructions for the dry cleaner, with our compliments.
Returns
Perfection is our aim in everything we do, however if you are not happy we will do everything possible to rectify any concerns you have.
Refunds for garments purchased through this website are available up to 7 days after booking your personal consultation service. If you cancel your consultation within this seven day period you will be refunded the amount paid through the website in full. If you cancel your consultation after this seven day period you be eligible for a refund of any amount paid towards a garment, minus a £75 administration fee.
In addition, after delivery of your final suit we conduct a follow up to ensure your satisfaction. If we have not been able to contact you after your delivery and you are not happy with your made to measure suit, please contact grails to tell us.
We promise to do everything we can to rectify any issues you have with your grails suit. Every grails suit is bespoke and made for an individual therefore it is not possible for us to recycle any suits that customers are not happy with. However if you are not completely satisfied with the fit or quality of your grails garments, we will at our discretion;
- Make any alterations to your grails garment to address your issues, or
- Offer to remake your grails garment, or
- Provide a credit note against a further purchase, or
- Refund the value of the garment.

Use of your personal information
We may give information about you to:
1. Fulfil our agreement with you including administering any accounts,
2. Avoid fraud,
3. For marketing purposes within grails.
With your permission we may use your personal information :
1. With partners that can help improve our service to you.
2. With partners whom we think you may be interested in their products and services.
