Tracey Graily
Tracey Graily is founder and managing director of grails, which she founded in 2003.
Tracey, aged 37, set up grails after 15 years in the corporate world. The idea for the company came from her own experience of finding it impossible to find smart, stylish clothes for work from high street stores. She says: “I knew from my own experience that working women just don’t have the time, and often the energy, to shop for smart clothes for work. I often returned empty-handed or with a suit or dress that was bought in desperation and that didn’t fit.”
Married, with a son, Tracey lives in Frogmore and divides her time between her company headquarters in St Alban’s and travelling the country providing client consultations.
Tracey Graily has recently appeared on the new BBC2 business show Dragons' Den. On the show Tracey won the support of two investors to expand grails.
